Product Description
1. Double-sized impression cylinders, transfer cylinders and delivery cylinders (with the diameter of 600mm) decrease deformation of paper sheets. The hard steel coating layer applied on the impression cylinder prolongs service life of cylinder. The plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder contact each other on the shoulder to diminish the shock during the printing operation and ensure smooth operation.
2. Printing cylinders of the press are all supported in P4-grade precision taper roller bearings ensuring smooth operation and accurate sheet transfer.
1)With the shaft hold in precision needle bearing and joint bearings, down-swing compound front lays allow longer positioning time for paper sheets while compensating the paper cutting error by tilt adjustment.
2)Hard alloy tips inlaid in the positioning block of front lays and side lays improve the service lifespan.
3. Forced gripper transfer system are used on the impression, the transfer cylinders and the delivery drum to ensure the gripping Force.
Precision needle bearings are used in the up-swing gripper sheet transfer system.
Main moving parts in the gripper sheet transfer system are all of high strength aluminum alloy castings, light in weight and highly reliable in high speed printing operation.
4. With quick-change plate holders on the plate cylinder, mounting and motor-controlled axial and circumferential adjusting of the printing plate can be finished quickly and easily.
5. Alcoholic damping system is adopted in the press and the water fountain roller is controlled by an individual AC servo motor capable of stepless speed regulation.
6. Computer remote control zonal ink feeding system is used in the press. Fine and stepless inking control is accomplished electrically on the control table, simplifying the operation.
7. Pneumatic system is used for reliable control of inking, dampening and impression on the press, easy for maintenance.
8. The air flow paper supporting device and the paper flattening device in the delivery system diminish smearing and cockling of the printed paper sheets.
9. Paper slowing device is controlled by an individual AC servo motor, stepless and suitable for speed delivery of large size paper sheets.
10. With specifically designed curve on the fully enclosed guide ways, the operation of the press is smooth and the noise is low.
11. Non-stop paper sheet delivery and sampling.
12. Interactive touch screen control system is used in the press, capable of alarming and showing the misfunction automatically. The main motor is frequency-convertible, lowering power consumption.
13. Feeder with suction tape feed table is in the press for smooth paper feeding.
