The Feeder
Novel feeder runs smoothly feeding paper sheets precisely to the printing units. The feeder is a perfect combination of mechanic, electric and pneumatic technologies, compact in structure, elegant in outline, smooth in operation and easy for adjustment.
Equipped with double sheet detector consisting of mechanic wheel and micro-switches. The checking is quick and reliable.

Registration
Oscillating sheet transfer system adopted in the press for smooth running.
Front lays can be adjusted individually in both longitudinal and vertical directions.
Side lays can be moved and micro-adjusted, and set at any point of the pull path of 12mm

Printing unit
Blanket and plate cylinders supported in cylindrical hollow roller bearings, printing pressure and the distance between cylinder centers can be adjusted.
Axial and circumferential plate adjusting devices equipped on the plate cylinder cut down make-ready time effectively...

Inking system and water supply
Oscillation of the inking rollers are controlled by electromagnets.
Oscillation of the inking rollers and the water rollers can be adjusted by an eccentric mechanism and the adjustment is stepless,
Equipped with automatic water circulating system and quick water supply device.
Water fountain roller driven by a frequency convertible AC motor, capable of stepless speed adjustment.

Delivery
With secondary delivery system, sheet pile can be changed and rakes for sheet drying can be put in while the press is running.
Equipped with powder spray devices, suitable for printing coated paper sheets and printing high amount of ink coverage.
Equipped with fan sets, suitable for high speed printing.
Travel and position of of gripper opening plates can be adjusted according running speed of the press.
Position of the sheet braking roller can be adjusted according to the sheet size
Air volume of suction device on the sheet brake roller can be adjusted to plane the paper sheets.
Lateral sheet stopper can be adjusted according the sheet size.
