Product Description
The machine is suitable for inspecting printing quality of prints such as labels, cigarette boxes, folding cartons etc. Prints printed with laser, hot stamping, embossing, holography, fluorescence and other technologies can be inspected on the platform. The platform is highly efficient with the characteristic of few false report and scratch free prints, which WAS still a problem for the industry.
The machine consists of feeder, side register, inspecting section, kicker and delivery section, featuring:
The feeder and the side register used in the machine are the same as that used in CHITOO series folder gluers. Rubber feeder head avoids scratching the prints and the side register aligns skewed sheets before they enter the inspection section, diminishing false rejection.
Cameras and encoding system are equipped in the inspection section. Belt suction device assures smooth sheet transfer.
The motor for the kicker is frequency adjustable and controlled pneumatically. Auxiliary delivery device with high speed, long stroke cylinders and photo-electrical counters are also equipped in the kicker section. Double row support carriers improve stability of sheet transfer even when the machine runs at high speed.
The delivery table and the conveyor belt in the sheet transfer device are both driven by independent motors to promise the delivery table move up and down smoothly and quick output of the prints in dozens.
